For being such a large company it's quite disappointing for the app to have such low quality and limited amount of animez. Smaller apps where you can watch free anime content is better. And the amount of issues I had logging in. I knew I had an account and logged in but it said I didn't so I signed up and it said I already have an one. I'm watching Naruto, and all Naruto is in one place. Some episodes are missing or don't load in, the movies are just jammed between the Season. Awful.
Terrible experience never works always drops out, when I tried to rest my password it never works a 0/10 for me
It's nice to be able to watch your favorite shows, but if you're someone who prefers subbed, like me, just know that 9 times out of 10 you lose subtitles and there's no possible way to retrieve them. Gonna try deleting the app and reinstalling to see if it works. (Update: Came back to change from 3 stars to 2. I deleted the app, then installed again and still no subtitles or ability to place them. I'm in the free trial and more than likely just going back to Hulu.)
Terrible. It lags on end and even if it doesn't lag and your on auto quality it'll load too fast and stop when the quality has gone up and down... ever time. Nothing good to say about it....
Frustrating... subtitles are super inconsistent. Some episodes of a series have them then some don't. Sometimes it doesn't play the correct next episode and I have to go back to the selection page and select the actual next episode. Sometimes it will start playing a different language and I have to go into settings. Don't even try watching on a Roku device. That's for a different review.
Constant unable to connect message, I haven't found a downloadable show
Ok however I wish there was a way to change the steam quality so it won't use so much data.
I love the app and all the anime. I pay for multiple platforms for anime and this is my favorite but, I use xbox for my subscriptions and it messes up every year for the subscription payment. So just be cautious of how you do yours.
